Bio-Incubator 4
Imtech Maintenance will be responsible for the technical maintenance of Bio-Incubator 4, commissioned by Bio-Incubator Leuven.
Bio-Incubator 4 is a modern high-tech office/lab complex located in the Arenberg Science Park in Leuven and comprises 9,000 m² of laboratories and offices.
Together with Bio-Incubator 5, which is currently still under construction, Bio-incubator 4 will form 'Arenberg Accelerator' which focuses on growing companies and provides space for separately rentable lab units, offices and numerous communal areas such as meeting rooms, consultation areas and a cafeteria.
